Orders and payments

We use your name, email, address and order details to fulfil your order and meet legal obligations. Orders are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the EU jurisdiction. Payment is processed by Stripe; card numbers do not pass through our application. Necessary order details are shared with payment and delivery providers. Accounting records are retained for the legally required period; other data is kept only as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable claims.

Workspaces and sensors

The app creates a private token to access your workspace. Its hash is stored by the service; the token is held in this browser session. We store device identifiers, the app layout, up to 1,000 recent events per device and only the latest uploaded camera image. Data is private to the workspace. Do not upload images of people without an appropriate basis. Ask us to delete a workspace when it is no longer needed, using proof of control.

Service operation

Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect the service. We use short-lived hashed IP rate-limit records to limit abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers. Session storage holds workspace access and an order retry key. Downloads may contain private access keys; keep them safe.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to relevant processing. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk. Data providers may process some service information internationally under their applicable safeguards. Updated 29 October 2026.
