Products: assembled developer kits with the listed XIAO controller, one primary sensor module, protective enclosure, installed rechargeable battery, wiring and USB-C cable. A mains adapter is not included. Kits are for software and electronics experiments; they are not certified theft, food safety or vehicle safety systems. Enclosure dimensions and battery runtime are not yet specified. Native mobile apps and Bluetooth commissioning are not included in this release. The web app and documented API are in beta; no subscription is charged for the current beta. Any later paid plan requires a separate agreement. Physical assembly and testing are completed before dispatch.
Price and delivery: 99 EUR per kit including VAT, plus 30 EUR shipping and handling per order to EU addresses, also including VAT. One kit totals 129 EUR; two kits total 228 EUR. Expected delivery is two weeks from ordering. We buy parts and assemble after orders arrive. If delivery is delayed, we contact you; you can cancel an unshipped order without charge. The checkout total is the amount due.
Order and payment: selecting “Place order — obligation to pay” places an order with an obligation to pay. Save the downloadable order receipt. No payment is taken at order time. When the kit is assembled, tested and ready to dispatch, we send a payment link through Stripe. We dispatch after payment. Do not pay an unsolicited payment link without matching it to your order.
Cancellation and returns: consumers may cancel before dispatch and have 14 days to withdraw after receiving the goods. Email the seller with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to the seller address above. You pay the direct return shipping cost. We refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or proof of return. Repayment uses the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for diminished value. Contact us for a compliant return method for the installed battery; do not post damaged batteries.
Defects: consumers have a two-year statutory right to complain about defects under applicable law. Contact us promptly with the order number and a description. Statutory consumer rights are not reduced by these terms. If we cannot resolve a complaint, the Danish consumer complaints process at naevneneshus.dk may be available, subject to its eligibility rules.
